We do not issue refunds unless there's an issue on our end; such as something incorrect with the product.
If there is any delay in the expected shipment, we will contact you by email; the tracking number you were issued is a way you can check on the package. We issue the tracking number of each order. If you did not receive a tracking number; please email us right away. Derx Wipes LLC is not in any way whatsoever responsible for any shipment delays due to flaws of carriers, acts of God, or any situation or circumstance beyond our control. We attempt to ship out as soon as possible. However; due to high demand and the current pressure on the postal carriers; please allow 1-2 days for processing (as these are made to order) and 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.
The process for a refund if granted;
We strive to make things fair for all of our customers due to high demand; if you need more than an order of 4; we require an email prior to the order.
